1) Recipe from avocado to moisturize hair

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3-4 teaspoons of honey
  • 8-10 drops of sweet almond oil

Method and notes : In a blender, mix together the 3 natural ingredients. Apply this hair mask to wet hair, massage the hair, concentrating more on the hair ends. Wrap the hair with a shower cap or towel. Allow the homemade mask for 20-30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with warm water.


Properties of the mask : This recipe is an excellent hair moisturizing hair treatment that nourishes dry and damaged ends. Honey is a natural hydro-regulating and restructuring agent that helps protect the hair against dehydration. As for the avocado, it is a fruit rich in minerals and vitamins A, B6, C and E to help revitalize damaged, split and dried hair. Regularly applying this homemade hair mask will allow you to restore the shine, flexibility, smoothness and silkiness to your hair.


2) Recipe for nourishing fragile and brittle hair

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried nettle leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried birch leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 drops of rosemary essential oil

Preparation : Heat the olive oil slightly and mix in the birch leaves, nettle and chamomile flowers. Let steep in the oil for about 30 minutes. Filter the oil and mix it with egg yolk, honey and lemon juice. Add the rosemary essential oil at the end.


Method of application : Apply the mixture to the wet hair and gently massage until the hair is completely covered with the home-made hair beauty mask. Cover hair with a shower cap or a plastic film. This helps retain heat and improve nourishing treatment. Allow the hair mask for 30 minutes then rinse with cold water.


Virtues of some of the ingredients of the hair mask : Because of its high protein content, egg acts directly to reinforce the hair follicle. Birch leaves have the virtue of combatting seasonal hair loss. Nettle promotes hair regrowth by stimulating circulation on the scalp, which promotes cell proliferation. The rosemary essential oil strengthens hair roots.


3 ) Recipe to make hair grow faster

  • Green Tea
  • Neutral Shampoo

Procedure : Before washing your hair, infuse a bag of green tea for a few moments to get half a cup of concentrated tea. Incorporate your regular shampoo and gently mix the two components. Wash the hair with this simple and effective formula.


Properties of green tea on hair : Green tea is not oxidized tea promotes blood flow to hair follicles. When used topically with a shampoo or orally in drinking brewed tea daily, the polyphenols in green tea help to make hair grow faster.


4) Recipe for oily hair

  • 15 grams of dried sage
  • 15 grams of dried mint
  • A cup of water
  • A bottle of neutral shampoo (baby shampoo for example)

Preparation : To prepare this homemade shampoo for naturally treating oily hair, place the sage and mint in a saucepan and add water before boiling. When the vapors escape from the pan, put on a low heat and allow the preparation to reduce for 10 to 15 minutes to obtain a concentrated extract of plants. Strain the liquid and stir it into the neutral shampoo bottle. Shake the bottle vigorously to mix plant extracts.


Virtues of plants : Sage regulates sebum and reduces the phenomenon of greasy hair. It purifies the scalp and has anti- transparent virtues. Like sage, mint has an astringent effect on the scalp and slows sebaceous secretions.

5) Recipe for Dry Hair

  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

Procedure : Mix all the oils in a saucepan. Lightly heat the 3 oils before adding the honey and apple cider vinegar. Mix well. Apply this mask after you shampoo and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.


Features of the oils : Coconut oil is one of the few oils able to penetrate into the hair shaft. It nourishes dry hair, especially frizzy and curly hair. Sesame oil is rich in essential fatty acids and revitalizes dry hair.


6 ) Recipe to make dull hair shiny

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1/4 melon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Mix the flesh of both fruits in a blender with the oil and yogurt. Apply this homemade hair mask to wet hair and leave on for 20 minutes. Then rinse the hair with lukewarm water.

7) Hair Recipe to treat dandruff

  • 3 tablespoons neutral henna
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • Lemon juice from one fruit

Mix the 4 ingredients and apply the natural hair treatment by gently massaging the scalp. Leave the mask take effect for at least 15-30 minutes. Rinse well.


Neutral henna has an anti-dandruff action and sheathes the hair without coloring it. Lemon juice and yogurt are two remedies to get rid of dandruff naturally.


8) Recipe of a remedy to prevent hair loss

  • 100 ml neutral and gentle shampoo
  • 15 drops of jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis)
  • 8 drops carrot seed oil
  • 7 drops of essential oil of rosemary
  • 7 drops of essential oil of lavender
  • 2 drops of essential oil of tea tree

Stir in the vegetable oils as well as your essential oils in your neutral shampoo and mix well. Jojoba oil nourishes the scalp and fights aggressive hair loss. The essential oils in this hair recipe also contribute to slowing hair loss in men as in women.
